Robert McCall

Following on from yesterday's post about design in 2001: A Space Odyssey, I'd like to point you to the wonderful artwork of Robert McCall, the man responsible for the famous 2001 Space Station movie poster.

McCall also produced concept art for other films, such as 1979 sci-fi blockbuster The Black Hole, as well as murals for NASA and several museums. His imagination (and great skill in visualising it) has given us some really memorable images.
