Kevin Cooley's “Nachtflug” is a series of images of light trails, left by planes taking off and landing at several major airports. The lights form delicate, whiskery arcs against the rich colours of the skies; the long exposures required to capture these images gives them a deep, saturated look, which I love.

You can see a lot more in Kevin's portfolio, which concentrates mostly on long exposure and night photography and is definitely worth a look.
